This may be a degree, diploma or any other certificate. The staff of formal organisations is expected to stay on the job for a very long period of time. They are promoted as at when due and according to their levels of performance.

You have got what it takes to maintain a lifestyle of high standards, having inculcated the habit of achieving your set goals and fulfilling your dreams, limitation can't limit you anymore.

The thinking faculty implies your ability to think right, the ability to reason, plan and engage into wise action thereby making you develop a particular habit, Here is my life story: although it seems wicked but it's worth a story after all, there was a certain time I wanted to purchase a new phone, when I saw the phone in a neighbor's shop who deals with mobiles devices, so it became my daily routine of going there to stare at it, muttering some words of encouragement to myself, I kept speaking to myself daily about these, I will purchase that phone, I must hold you in my hand, so I keep on doing this often , each time I go there, checked the features, and telling myself one day I will have you, then from that point I went home took my script and a pen, map out my possible means of raising up to N10,000.00, this was the due amount to make my purchase, and at such times which I didn't have a penny of my own, I didn't allow these interfere with my target "that month, so I may beef my minds up, gave myself a deadline of achievements, every day 1 keep on speaking to myself, I must get it before end of July 2014 (these was the deadline of one month precisely) so I met some personnel told them about my project, I sold the scrap I was holding then, I was active, my savings capacity was high, every little penny was of high value to me even when we got Into July, I was still behind, I didn't give up that faith, I keep up the strive the zeal, stack up my savings, I keep speaking, the word of faith to myself, as each day passes and to Gods glory, before the very end of July that year on the 16t}l I bought the phone I so longed for.

When I didn't even have a penny of my own I was able to achieve one of what I termed my biggest project as at that time, when I traced back at how it all started, I couldn't believe it myself, it was amazing, fit was a wow to me then, that was a prove that I can actually achieve anything so far my mind was on it, it's all about determination, if you truly wished for it, you can also see from my story that the faculty that I have build enable me to get it all down, that standard is where I am now, and I earnestly wish you all my readers to build up that habit, create the faculty, raised a standard high, anything is possible and achievable if you truly wish for it, there's a big difference between wants and needs, you need it, you want it to happen, then believe it yourself you can make it happen.

THE HUMAN LEVEL OF REASONING

Thinking involves a constructive aspect of the mind, were ideas formed are framed out to the possible best ways of transforming it into reality. The problem with humanity is that everybody seems to be in the fast lane, smart, sharp and always on the move , when things go wrong and out of order, they then sort out means of putting the blame on someone else,

Therefore as to ascertain the level and heights of your success in life you must understand the basics necessity of thinking, create a willpower within you, don't view the thinking aspect as when a person sits down, folded arms thinking about life's negativity and failures, regrets on every side which are wrong. It takes the mind of the brave to truly define the right path to success, the only thing you can do for yourself now is to climb up to your expectation, live a successful and a fulfilled life (that's living your dreams).

Dreams here consist of that lifestyle you have designed for yourself, you fervently hoped for one flicking moments it will all be a reality that you would live the life you wanted, while it is still early you can take a script and a pen draw the map of your life, at each strategic points or location, place a project, something you would love to acquire at these points, look and check out for possible means of achieving these set goals and then you stay on track following, the map you have drawn.

The worst thing that can happen to a man is to die poor; the same way they were born, Bill Gates said if you were born poor, that's not your fault but if you die poor, then it is your fault. You wouldn't want to double the mistakes already made in the past, so don't limit yourself to anything, always wish and strive for the better and greater of it, if your dad stop at a certain points, then you are the one to improve on it, see beyond the level and prospect of an ordinary men, conceive a dream in your heart which men had never conceived and make the difference.

THE WILL-POWER

The ability to do a thing from your will, what you desire putting into action, creating a platform for the manifestation of your will, taking into reality the thoughts that come to your mind, creating the lifestyle you wished for living beyond the limitation of the ordinary day to day situation around your environs.

God has set out a will for you and me, just as a father would write out his will for his children, and by the standards of God, we are expected to live by the will he has made for you, that's why he said in Jeremiah 29:11 for I know the thoughts I have towards you saith the lord thoughts of peace(goodwill) and not of evil to give you and expected end. Plans were already put in place before you were born to fulfill it, God set out these standards for you to live, he expects you to flourish and to do well, also to have an excellent life, so there for it is an error for you to live poor or to fail, cause God had given you enough riches deposited in you to be a successful person.

What affects your mind mostly is the way you behave, such as your behavior determines the way you think or feel about something do you know your behavior is just the way you act frequently, the way you act is just the way you are, (you can't do more than you know) on looking at the reverse side of it, you get it that the way you behave constantly is directly the way you think, it's how you reasoned thinks, your perspective, it's your viewpoint on issues

The moods and ways you respond to things or your abilities reflects your mind, the word "responsibility" simply means the ways you respond to your abilities, there are certain abilities, things you can-do even at ease things that are common to your will, some don't even care to know a thing they can do, therefore depending on their strength and power,..Even the scripture states it that for not by strength shall any man prevail You possess certain skills and special ways of doing things apparently different from the ways others do. Have you ever being in a course were many persons are doing exactly the same thing, but you notice that at the end one must be outstanding one must come out the best, or a situation where athletes of the same height, body weight, are all lined up on the same line ready for race, but at the finish line there's always the first among all, what happened at that moment, they all did the same thing, were provided same equipment, but one out of the whole decided to add style,(l called it the value added strategy) , the awesome result there is as result of personal zeal to do better, it was as simply done out of a person's skill, ways, pattern to perfection, that's why it comes out in a different tone

The attitude of the minds, you might want to know are the ways, one perfect style, format in which your mind sees things which is due to your mindset it's about the attitude you have set in your mind, it's like a kind of rules you have become accustomed to, doing something outstanding, always setting the pace for others to learn from There's always a style added to whatever and anything I do, it's a legacy I've set for myself not just doing it, but doing it in an all different kind of ways, in our daily lives we tend to come up with something either beyond or equal to abilities, we then, become very desperate to achieve these things not minding what other needs maybe, now you have a set mind towards that thing, the only thing, within the whole of your life that will enable you to get that thing done or achieved, is the attitude of your mind- everyone actually needs something to make them look good and comfortable but not everyone can actually get them, your focus on that thing, that eagerness, the zeal to get it,   will always come.

Have you ever thought of having something you wish so dearly, though the means is not there, but in your mind you will sort out means of actualizing it somehow, though sometimes you might want to let go of your plans, your target, ambitions, but because your mind has long been focus on it, you will never let go until you get it, it's because of the attitude your mind has inculcated and it now becomes a habit to you to always complete every project you started. Can you now begin to imaging God's level of mentality, the level of his thinking and reasoning, those God think low? Those God ever manage? Those God ever lack? These are some question you should be asking yourself.

The mentality you carry is directly proportional to your standard of living because it is your "mental reasoning" the ability of your mind to produce an intelligent thoughts that would guarantee the way you live your life, because when your minds think correctly and accurately it gives you a heads up and gets you back on track.

Whenever good thoughts come to mind and you begin to act upon it, it simply gives you an expected result, mentality is all about you, your level of reasoning, thinking, the way you look at things and how you apply your understanding, skills and knowledge to that thing to produce what you expect, being reasonable doing things wisely not living by the natural means of life, but going beyond the natural extending it to the extra giving you an extra ordinary ways of life, to live a different kind of life you need to start doing something others don't that's the way to grow.

The mentality is one perfect tool for self development, because it is the only tool in your thinking faculty that is concerned with your comfort, the things you see on daily basis are the natural ways of life, but then when you don't live according to them you just have to adjust a little bit, that's why God after his creation, noticed something odd, about nature, when man defiles the law of creation, God gave man the self-will of living the life of his choice. And also creating a supernatural world in this world where faith is the generally accepted currency were believers live in extreme comfort and flourish well, only those that have an abstract understanding of the word, can gain full access to this world. Here's an instant, in job 22:29, it says while men are cast down then thou shall say there is a lifting up, so what goes or happens around you has no effect on you because you are a different personality operating in a different economy which is not of this world when things go down or goes bad, you don't have to worry, rather you lift up your hands in time of difficulty and say there is a lifting up. Now God said these words you just have sto believe it thru your hearts and activate it thru your mind, which includes your mentality

THE HEIGHTS OF INTELLECTUALITY

The character is the morals and mental quality of a human that differentiates humans, an intellectual character is a unique and special character adapted by an individual to fine-tune the human natural character, to enhance, modify, to frame the human character, giving a person the ability to adapt to situations easily. This whole process is called character moulding, you know the word character is derived from characteristics, which means the features of a thing; these are what makes up whatsoever you become today. So the character you adapt to is what builds up your type of personality. The intellectual character, is a character that you have, different from the humans character, it is the uniqueness in you, that sets you apart, it is a character which sets you outstanding, it gives you these feeling of specialty even among the crowd , it goes a long way to advertise you, it fs what makes people speak of you, it is the only thing that makes people want to know you, be acquainted with you, get to associate with you because they know what you've got.

The character is the only thing that makes men of high value in the society, people of importance step down to get your opinion, your advice in matters that matters. The secret behind every successful man out there, living their expectation, flourishing in great and abundance wealth, living the life they wanted, acquiring assets that generate income for them is all because they have raised their standard so high, fortified themselves with the right information, needed to make life worth living, they have sacrificed their precious time studying, learning new things , discovering what is in them/applying these learning to their everyday life, which makes it all better.

The basic fact about the whole thing is that you've got to equip yourself with the basic things of what you have, first of all, make use of your mind, develop ideas that flow into it, expand your scope of thinking, enhance yourself image with modest character display, to suit your models, these way you will be able to enhance the intellect-character you have got.

Every human on earth has a distinctive character that helps fit them into a particular sphere of life, a person's character tells more of, displays that person's behavioral pattern, go beyond the ordinary, do the extraordinary,, whatever you do now is a showpiece of your ability to create something out of nothing, giving waves to your popularity.

Having an intellectual character paves your ways of popularity to the world, because of your highly esteemed character more people are drawn to you, creating paths to your success in life, giving you the opportunity to flourish.

Understanding, is the carefully studying of a thing to the in-depth part of it, it's a process of comprehension, assimilation of knowledge which is subjective to its nature, if you understand a thing then it's possible you know it, and the guts that you can do it, keep growing inside of you, And if you can do it, then you can succeed in it, this is only possible by the application of wisdom. ACT ON IT

Life is all about planning if you don't plan you are definitely wasting your time with enough useful resources at your disposal and before you know it you keep ageing by the day. The action is the grand principle of you getting anything you wish to be done, the way you want it done. James said in 2;18-20, faith without work is dead, so have faith practice it and put it to work, then all your objectives will be fulfilled.

Talking about intellectual character it Is referred to the faculty of reasoning, and understanding things objectively that makes up what is called, your personal mental power which enables you to get a driving zeal towards the things you need defining ways of achieving it, it is this mentality that you've got, that gets you aiming endlessly, striving hard and eager to achieve that objective that you aim at.

There are men and women of distinguished honours today, in the society flourishing and doing well, living the life of their dreams as a result of the zeal in them, of never letting go of their target.

They keep on the drive no matter the circumstances around, they were convinced beyond any reasonable doubt, they were going to leave a successful life, it's like a dream, so they followed the dream and live the life they actually dreamt and disciplined their selves to follow the right principle of success. The mental picture you create for your future and the world is what you will have in reality. In proverbs 23:7a, the bible says as a man thinketh in his heart so is he, the way you think is the way you are, your mind is the centre of your heart where every thought develop and processed, both negatives and positive.

Jesus once said it is not what entered into a man that defiles him, it is what comes out of him, therefore, Jetting you know that it is not what you look like, not what surrounds you, cause you are the product of your thought, and your thoughts are influenced by your self-perspective, the way you think, that's the way you behave. Anything you see in existence today was once an idea in someone's mind, the more a person pounder on it (which is thinking), the more creative aspect formed in such mind (which is imagination), imaginations is actually a constructive aspect of the mind where ideas are possibly transformed into reality, letting you know that you can have a positive thought about yourself work towards achieving that thought, making it a reality, only you can make it work, in case you've forgotten, life is a personal race only you can become what you want to become.

While youYe thinking of getting help, others are busy building up their lives to the Best-possible limit, any. innovation today was an idea in someone's mind, first, it comes as an idea then processed to your thoughts, then it later developed into imagination, now in imagination, the constructive aspect begins. Imagination is visualising your ideas, seeing it work, observing the possibility, the consequence and the outcome of that idea. All this process takes place in your mind. The mind is the central processing unit of the entire body it serves as the human C.P.U., anything you wished for and any lifestyle you wish to live is all possible with what comes out of your mind.

When Jesus was saying it is not what enters the body that defiles a man, rather it is what comes out, what Jesus was emphasizing here was not what you see, not what happens around you, not the things you, take in, not those things we absorbed, not those things that occur around us, but rather the things that come out of us, how strong is your defenses system against all odds of life, how rooted are you to take on life's challenge, your situation has nothing to do with your predestined purpose in life, you are created to fulfill destiny, that's why, what comes out of you truly matters, your words, your self-esteem, your mindset, your reasoning power. It is not what enters but what comes out, what comes out, are those things contained in a man, your thoughts, your thinking, your imagination, your ideas, your creative abilities, your drive, your zeal, your burning desire, your eagerness, these things are inherent in you.

I do ask myself, why is it that many desire to get rich own everything they could possibly want but just a few are able to obtain these things, but we are all created the same way, these things are sole determinant of who you are, and who you will be, that's if you only follow their guiding principle, accordingly.

Many people today looking at the capital they have, don't think they can go on with their plans. Some, look at their environs and said I don't think I can make anything out of these, life is so frustrating, who will give me a helping hand, , say no to these thoughts they are a negative influence.

!t also means that your circumstances, your situation, cannot stop you from approaching your target, except you allow it, only when your mind is made up that you can get upset up, lay a focus determination, and start heading headlong to one direction , create a future to believe in and stop living in fantasy

Hebrews 11:1, says now faith is the substances of things hoped for, the evidences of things not seeing, a times all we need is that little push up apply the principle of faith to that thing you want to get, not minding, whether you have got the means or not, faiths has these principles, believe it,, and act on it, and then you achieve it. If there's any goal, you wish for, if there's any mission to accomplish, never look at the amount in your pocket, don't look at your background, simply have faith(out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks), out of the fullness of heart, means out of the total making up of your mind, the mouth speaks, telling you that nothing can be done or said without being processed in your mind, the abundance of heart is characterized by the thoughts and mentality, you carry, it is only when your mind is made up that you can take any bold step to say or do anything, before anything is done it must have already being concluded in your mind, the mind is the central processing unit of the body.

THE POWER OF DREAMS

Dreams are more than an imaginary event  seen   in   the   mind   while sleeping;   dreams   are   a creative mental picture in one's mind about one's future. A visionary scheme towards an unforeseen   project  but  a   dreamer  is someone with a mental picture of his future sketched-out in the reality of the present.

According to Alexander pope, he says, thy sober thought pursued the amusing theme, till fancy coloured it and formed a dream meaning the more you ponder on that amusing theme (dream), the more your creative aspect (fancy-colored) of transforming your dream into reality grows from the inside.

Dreams are carving those mental images of who you are, forming the desired future through the link of imagination, building sky scrappers of hope and watching them transform into reality, aspiring for greater heights, aiming high, raising your standard above your equals, having a different view of life, far from everyone's expectation.

If you ever want to be a better person in life, you need to have big dreams, a magnificent vision, an optimistic plan for your life, a major target you are aiming at, and integrity to protect.

If at first, you don't succeed, try again, don't think it is a failure, see it as finding more creative ways of doing the same thing over again, move step by step, keep your head straight, be focused, no distractions. A person that does not make mistakes never tried something new, although some carefully planned very well to avoid making any mistake as they progress. They are just learning to walk in circles, excellent is not act but a habit, the things you do most, are the things you do perfect and if you improve it, you will do best prior to the worth of the vision.

The scripture is the only guideline to having a better future, it will lead you to the green pasture, where there are thousands and millions of ideas yet unfolded by men and women of distinction. Make your bible your personal tutor and you will be inspired to greatness.

There is something deposited in you, not yet discovered by you and the whole world is waiting for you to unveil those potentials. There has never been any two persons in the world with the same fingerprints that is to say that each and every one of us is unique.

THE MERITS OF DETERMINATION

I used to say life is very easy, I can get whatever I want, as long as I want it, I can make out strategies , routed plan on how to achieve my goals, and objectives, concerning any matter at heart.

I believed that life as a whole depends on how you create and customise it, according to my principles I do accomplish some of my projects, like every month I would draw out my plan for that month, then I would sort out ways of achieving them and making them happened as planned.

When 1 came to a T. junction, at that points it seems the whole world revolves around me, everything becomes so complicated, then I understood that life isn't as easy as I thought.

As a child still leaping on my mother's lap, in the evening, I and my friends would go out playing on the streets , whenever a car passes, we would all echo, - that's my car, all shouting, and bragging, that one is my car, no I said it first, no that's mine, that's how our dreams of owning best flashy cars, living a nice life, owning all the fantasy life could possibly present came.

Now if I remember those times, I think to myself, if I desire so much then, it would probably require a great deal of hard work to achieve all my dreams. One day, 1 was climbing the staircase at my workplace, it suddenly gave me an insight that each time 1 climbs making a step forward; it requires more strength and energy. It then came to my vision that DETERMINATION is that choice you have made, the decision you have taken, and the wiliness, to push through a hard time, despite the circumstance surrounding you.

Whatsoever happens you must be spirited enough to push you ahead and get what you want to get. It is your dream and I am convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that God created, and planted a complete, perfect and wonderful life for every one of us.

During creation, God placed man in the garden, the most precious, most beautiful, place in the world, were all manner of precious stones could be found. Do you know what a garden signifies?, Beauty, richness, complicity and everything ever needed was there, fruit, food, shelter, clothing etc.

Have you ordered to browse the history of the great names you hear today like Bill Gate, Ben Carson, etc and trace their origin? Can you tell how they started, if in difficulty, can you compare their times then and now? In terms of money and technology, / dare say that life treats you the same way you treat life, be the change that you seek but go along with the desire for a better life, never the loose focus.

MAKE GOOD CHOICES IN LIFE

According to the oxford learner's dictionary, choice purely defines as an option, a decision, an opportunity, to choose or select among things, probably things of the same standard and category. In our everyday life we are confronted with life's biggest puzzle, somehow, somewhere we need to get things done that must determine our next course of action, as we move on there's a need to specify, group, separate those things that truly matters in our lives.

In doing this we must choose from series of things, that will backup, guide and support our decision which is very rare to come, but when they do, there is a need to decide, the type of choice you make.

Choices are the only bedrock of tomorrow's fortune; choices are the most prominent things in our lives. It's what defines a person's worth, the choices you make defines your tomorrow , what you deserve, what you dream of, what you pursue, what you are out for, and what you want, all base on your choices.

Making choices is trying to be specific, trying to be special, separating the very best from the rest, making the right choices in life are very good because it's like finding the right paths to your achievements and getting the right direction to your destiny.

Choices are very important, it's the choices you make that sharpen your tomorrow, every individual on earth today grows on the basis of the choice that they make for themselves.

The quality of your result depends on the quality of your choices, so many delays in life today is channelled to your choices. Sometimes, having to make this choice wrongly stands to hinder many of us either by some circumstances beyond your control or by an unexpected, unpredicted situations that are beyond your control. Determinations make you courageous never to let go, making choices is like making a huge promise to yourself. It takes all the self-will within you, never to break that promise, it only takes a courageous heart to keep your promise, whatsoever choice you make should be a backup by a "firm determination" and the self-will to carry on,

Everything in life is a reflection of the choices you make, if you want a different result, make a different choice.

TAKE DOMINION OVER ALL

After   the   conclusion   of  God's creation, God saw that all he has created was good, perfected and in line with His word. So God blessed the works   of   His   hands  and   gave  man dominion over it.

Dominion in the real sense means having sovereignty over a particular territory. To dominate means to take charge over a thing. Man was given the approval to possess everything and rule over them. When dominion is given to you it means you've got full control over everything within that territory, you've got unlimited access to the things that surrounds that place. It gives you the right to be a lord or master over that thing.

Dominion talks about power, authority, glory, strengths, courage, majesty; it is the master key to everything because in it you get every other thing available for your life. This is one point children of God fails in the test of time, laying down the precious crown of Glory placed on their head to reign as kings, princes, princess, queens, lords, dukes, emperor, duchess, etc,

GOD said let us [the father, son, and the holy spirit], make man in our own image, after our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fishes of the seabirds of the air, the [tame] beasts and over the whole earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.

This   was   the   master   plan   perfectly sketched out for the man from the beginning, it was already there, it was encrypted before you were born, and all you need to do is to adapt to it, unveil it, discover it, and grow into it.

It's in you to succeed, it's in you to breakthrough, the ultimate key to success lies within your mind, it's there deep inside your thoughts, follow your mind positively. Sometimes why God seems not to answer prayers is because we get too busy asking over a thing we've already gotten by redemption.

You have full access to everything in the world, even though the first Adam lost all the glory that was given to him, the second Adam, (JESUS) said, I have come that they might have life and have it in abundant (John 10:10) if you asked me? Life signifies a rebirth, a revival, this means that everything has been restored to glory, all that you have lost is been restored in hundred folds.

So why think that you are empty? Why look down on yourself? Why allow circumstance to rob you of what you are right. You've got potentials heavily deposited in you; you've got what the world is looking for You've the approval to explore your world and reign over it, so rise up and unleash the genius in you, you Have powers, dominion, authority, to command and speak those things that are relevant, and what you want to get and it will obey you.

It takes the lion's heart, to get the lion's share, my dad used to tell me back then, if you want anything, you can get it as long as you need it if you are not brave enough you lose it.

GOD said / have placed before you blessing and cursing, life and death. So you see what you want is already there, all you are craving for is within you, the authority is within you, the power to choose, decide and make decisions lies within you. Jesus have paid the price and given you all that you want, all you ever need to succeed is embedded in you. determination to make the most of what you have chosen, updated it, add value to it, customize it, rebrand it, and make it become what you have conceive in your mind.

Determination is strong backups to your decision, it's only determination that can keep you going when you feel like given up, backing out, it will push you to the front, help you do the impossible, strengthen you, give you hope and enable you to get things that are yours.

The only gateway to greatness is determination, whatever you pay attention to gives you direction, and a determined man is a destiny fulfilled man in other to build up a strong wall of determination around you. There are three major steps to having a "firm determination".
