HOW DO YOU BEGIN 
LEARNING TO LAUGH

Laughter begins with smiles. Like laughter, it's catching to the personality who may not think of laughing at that material time. Try and find it possible to laugh without even experiencing a funny event. The same holds for smiling. When you look at someone or see something even mildly pleasing, practice smiling.

The simple act of (thinking about/when one thinks about) the good things in your life will distance you from negative thoughts that area (something that blocks or stops something) to humour and laughter. When you're in a state of sadness, you have further to travel to get to humour and laughter.



Anytime you hear the sound of laughter, advance to agree with/support. You can have laughter private, involve in a shared joke among a small group, among other others. Regularly, people are very happy to share something funny because it opens them to laughter and good relaxation of the body. When you hear laughter, look (for) the funniness and join

Bring funniness into your conversations. Ask people, "What's the funniest thing that happened to you today?

Spend time with fun, playful people. These are people who laugh easily-both at themselves and at life's ridiculous and weird things-and who regularly find the humor in everyday events. Their playful point of view and laughter are (able to be caught from other people).


I strongly encourage you to try and practice this you will gain good life on the planet earth.
