RESHAPE TO A GOOD SHAPE 
There is completely and totally no sure way of immediate and extreme reduction of potbelly or overweight that is body fat by mere naturally, but rather through involvement in a time taken exercises and regulation of food intake. It is obvious that nature of shape, body weight or pot belly comes from body related chemical assembly instructions inside of living things system and seemed uncontrollable. There a lot to be done of which the state of always working or appearing the same way must be applied. Things must be avoided and you embed also, that event there would be a result of your efforts.

The following are things to be involved in as to accomplish or gain with effort by having good result through your efforts and they are:

2. Think about or believe taking very healthy snacks as food.

5. For lunch, this is a fruit cup and maybe a little yoghurt. Or lunch is actually a skinny latte.
6. Two bites of something for one who loves fancy things so much will not do much damage.
7. Think about/believe taking the little plate of salad, a soup, and a tongue of bread and some fruits.
8. A salad with the little protein is as much as someone would have for lunch.
If you are targeting best fit as a height, as your thought is now going through varieties of shapes, then, keep increasing on your energy input. Maintain good diet habit, a regular exercise as a something commonly done and have a good rest after the day's work, of course, that would help accomplish or gain with effort your goal. Doing abdomen based workout will make your core stronger but this won't reflect until your overall body fat comes down to less than 10%. At stage 7, you'll start becoming aware of upper abs.

Go into indoor games and also involve in carrying weights, with intensive exercises should reduce your body fat percentage. Try as much as possible to cut your carbohydrate intake when you're focusing on losing your body fat, sugar is not much needed in, lean protein is needed for muscle repair. Do not stop lifting weights especially compound exercises otherwise, you'll lose your muscles too.

Another unnatural way of gaining slim shape or loss of weight is by starting/working at exercises like tummy tuck among others.

Physical fitness:
Others who you saw embarrassed, all of a sudden turned involved in exercises and treated their bodies like a work project, with a lot of efforts, researchers, and high quality.

I saw no event(s) or object(s) that prove something) that there were a serious people "magical formula" or "magical foods" than a very little food intake. Doctors are also eating this way too apart from making sure of fitness, also (accomplish or gain with effort) good healthy living.
